Last updated: January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PIXELBYTB website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

PIXELBYTB provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are agreed upon in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. PIXELBYTB retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets, libraries, and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Significant scope changes will require a revised proposal.

6. Limitation of Liability

PIXELBYTB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We expect clients to similarly treat any proprietary information shared by PIXELBYTB.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate courts in Ghana.
